Advanced Painting Group  FULL

Wednesday 10am – 2pm
Cost: $150 per 3 sessions

This class is for advanced painters who are interested in developing a common theme in a series of paintings. Participants may work from photos, the computer,or from imagination The focus will be on the formulation and execution of painting ideas. Instruction will come in the form of personal coaching and group critiques.This group meets regularly and classes are ongoing throughout the year.

Painting from LIfe

Thursday 10am – 2pm
Cost: $225 per 3 sessions (model fee included)

This class will cover the fundamentals of figure painting using a methodology that simplifies the task of painting from life. The relationship of the figure to the environment offer painters unlimited possibilities and challenges. We wil explore these opportunities in addition to basic anatomical information, color theory (including a lesson on flesh tones), and paint application.  A demonstration will be given at the start of each class so that students can see where they are headed for the day.  All levels of ability are welcome.  Payment is due in full upon registration, please email for more information.
